Nah, I think the 3-second-rule also counts in this case.

1) Either she refused to have sex for which she was given the 'present'.
2) Or the whole image is a symbolism of love and betrayal.
Just look at her face, doesn't look like its in pain or suffering or fear. It's like she is looking with an expression...of sadness or desire. Then again, she is probably looking blank.
