Well the reason for that is an undercover plot by the government to make others more aware of those around them so they can make you think you are always being watched thus keeping the populace in a constant state of paranoia, reducing the chance of anyone targeting the government themselves leaving them free to watch those watching us. Don't let Krugger fool you. The guy is a trained Assassin sent by the Touhou Gods. I should know, he had me cornered one time. But due to my quick reflexes I managed to get away only missing 1 eye.

Don't worry... I can dematerialize myself pretty quickly... only my cincious remains scattered in the world. Then I can reconstruct myself in no time. And the good thing is, it can be anywhere where I want... Good for teleporting as well :p
