Hopefully it's not as lame as something like that, shinies should have vastly different colors, not a few shades brighter/darker. Hell, Garchomp is the worst offender when it comes to its shiny color; barely any difference at all, if any.

I think that there's not shiny Garchomp, because it's the same sprite, the only difference is that it sparkles :P

If that turns out to be the shiny alternative, it'll be the first one where I prefered it more than the original.

What about Shiny Charizard? It's black and red. Personally I've always though it looks better than the orange one.

I like the shiny Glaceon better than the original. It's a lighter color, but for some reason, it just appeals to me more. :/

No one can tell my Dewgong's shiny unless they catch the sparkle when it's sent out.
