Even if it is movable, Patchouli isn't strong enough to move something as heavy as a bookshelf.

Patchy, if you want to move a bookshelf, remove the books first.
It would also be easier if it wasn't on a fuzzy carpet like that one.

Suika or Yuugi certainly could easily move that bookshelf. But they might damage it and or some of the books in the process because they'll pick it up while it's full.

Flandre likely could move it as well but she probably would destroy it.
Heck she might move the bookshelf by kicking it over or making it go boom.
