I have to wonder if there just needs to be some kind of "bent spine" tag, or if bad anatomy is meant to cover that. I assume that's why this is getting frowned upon by moderation at this point, even if it's due to the guy pulling Guinaifen back into his thrusts.

Or is there something else about this artwork that I'm missing?
