While true, Hammann is a huge tsundere, and sometimes that archetype does that a lot. Looking at all of the voice lines though, she only actually calls the naval police twice. First is her default skin before retrofit, the other is the party dress. Even the Edsal-class version doesn't have any calls to the police. She just calls you a pervert mostly, while she loves the Commander, but she'll always deny it.
