Her family is alive. Her father is however the only confirmed family member she still has that is alive. But since the word "Family" is used and not "Just her father". Then that gives us some grounds on who we can think Marisa still has as living breathing relatives. Whether it be brother/sisters, aunts/uncles and what have you.
