Tsubaki's birthday is White day (March 14). In Japan (you'll see this in a lot of romance anime) on Valentine's day, girls give boys chocolate. On White Day (one month later), boys give them something in return, returning their affection, or not.

Jin (whose birthday is Valentine's day) is giving Tsubaki White Day chocolates, it looks like. Or maybe a birthday present.
