An important point has been made

I can't really see this being fitting for the Nice Knowing You pool, to be honest. The implications are there, sure, but it still seems just out of reach.

I'm thinking there are three things Sakuya is distressed/angry about.
1) The collar.

2) Meiling's still wearing her panties.
