I don't think she's peeing. The text is 'I bet you thought it was a different bodily liquid, huh?' I guess that ruins the context, though.

Unless the artist was expecting other people to initially think that it's female ejaculate that's pouring out.

On the artist's site the image caption translates to "Reference to Escher's waterfall" which might mean that it actually isn't pee.
