Despite what the text says this picture was the cover of Comic Hime Dorobou 2009-09 which says was made by Ogura Miyuu.

I don't know if it's Miyū/Miyuu (みゆう) or Myū/Myuu (みゅう). "Official" romajis say Miyu (#389407), doujinshi.org lists it as Myuu. Going with Miyuu for now.

The artwork is from ”immaculate Adagio solo 10”, a doujinshi by Sugiyama Genshou's circle Genshou Koubou. Here is the sample page.
Sugiyama wrote on the blog "小倉名義の姫盗人と背徳の表紙のイラストも収録しました。 [This doujin also contains (my) Hime-Dorobou & Haitoku-(Ren'ai) cover works under the pen-name Ogura (Myuu).]"
