Properly looking into this sure led me down a rabbithole.

This is the character 简隋英 (Jian Suiying) from 188男团 (which is a collection of danmei stories by the same author), specifically the story 你却爱着一个傻逼. I'm not too confident with my Chinese in general and I know titles here are romanized instead of translated, so I'll refrain from making copyright tags, but I'll add the character name at least.
