The event is a bit brutal, so it wasn't that hard to get this actually. As in I tried very hard and got this anyways.
Yeah, you need to raise three different statsets in order to reach the ending and you won't know if you reached the needed amount until you reached the ending stage. Even people who have played Princess Maker gets blindsided by the hidden stat requirements before reaching the "Normal" ending.
1st phase (kindergarten) has [physical] attributes. At this point you're supposed to do at least 2 or 3 activities until you unlocked intermediate activity.
2nd phase (middle school) has [personality] attributes. Most players failed to reach the hidden goal here and ends up with 'Normal' ending (TB becomes office girl). You're supposed to unlock advanced activities and at least 1/2 intermediate activities for the life skills one.
3rd phase (junior high to college?) has [specialization] attributes. It is by far the hardest stage since the goals are absurdly high (3000) because the combined factor of mood and money, not to mention the RNG nature of the event outcome.
Anyway, the condition to get this hikkikomori (bad) ending is 'fail to achieve growth goals at any phase'.

In my opinion, it isn't that hard, to not get this ending at least. now if we are talking about the normal office worker like ending however...yeah it is easy to get that ending, especially the first time around, before we knew the requirement.
How do you even get this ending? Deplete her mood?
i got this ending, apparently i have been to permissive with her and never let her develope because i was to protective that she ended feeling that no matter what she did i will help her...so she ended doing nothing because i was ready to pay for everithing she needs. at least that what the explanation the game told me
