"I can't find the source" isn't sufficient evidence to claim something is AI. There is tons of legitimate art that can't be found via any of the standard tools.

So apparently the previous source was stolen and the one I linked is the actual artist.
Edit: the actual source tags it as AI-generated.
Edit2: actually looking at the image shows clear signs of being AI, particularly the sweater pattern on the right side and the ear piercings or whatever those are supposed to be.
