Maybe, but Reisen does look pretty epic in a top hat and suit (plus, in Soviet Touhouland, Mad Hatter makes YOU mad! ...with Lunatic eyes). Maybe Tewi as the White Rabbit? Plus Tewi and her pranks would explain how this Alice falls down the rabbit hole.

PS) I'm having a bit of trouble figuring out who else is who other than Rin is the Cheshire cat and Mokou is probably that smoking catteripillar... also guessing Remilia is maybe the Queen of Hearts?

Also, though I do love the Aki sisters I thought of them as Tweedledum and Tweedledee.

Tewi is hiding behind Alice, and would logically be the white rabbit...she is the lucky white rabbit of the bamboo forest after all. (Despite having black hair...)
