Check source - while I'm 100% sure this version of this image came from this Douyin link, I'm not exactly certain if this isn't a third-party source. I first found a watermarked version of this image on Baidu Images and tried to reverse image search that one, but had no luck - all links I got via Baidu didn't have this image at all. I found this version with Google Images, instead.

This most likely is a proper first-party source, but it's watermarked to hell and back and lower quality than this Douyin version. That's why I went for the Douyin one, even those I myself am less sure.

And for consistency's sake - here is a version of this image from the same source with a simple black background. I could upload it properly but I don't feel like it, so here's the link at least.

Some Douyin comments accused the uploader of leaking the watermarkless version of this crowdfunding commission without permission (塌圈) and should be blacklisted from the community.
