I'd have two guesses: A) Given that Mahou Shoujo ni Akogarete, the series this is tagged as as well, has some characters whose names start with "Magia", this might've been an autocomplete fail with Magia Record, a MadoMagi game, B) Given that An Sin was predominantly a MagiReco artist for a long while, someone assumed this was a MagiReco artwork too. Can't say for sure without @Dark_Tzitzimine's input, though.
