Foreigners are exempt. The only classes singled out were Alter Ego, Avenger and Ruler.
It's heavily implied that we'll need to go through the other extra classes too. Either Ruler gets us straight from C to A, or we need two more...which lines up with Foreigner and Pretender.

Actually fake Romani originally said 4 ordeal calls, foreigner alter ego avenger and ruler. But then he said something alone the lines of "sorry, only 3, alter ego avenger and ruler" implying either the foreigner one is hidden or we already did something in another story chapter that qualifies for completing the ordeal call automatically
