One side is reinforced with a wire substructure, the other side might just be tempered glass. Unless it receives a strong shock, tempered glass can withstand surprising stresses.

I don't think even a pane of tempered glass like that could withstand that much pressure. That much life, in that density, is generally found between 30 and 50 feet under water. To make it easy, let's say the doors are at a depth of 34ft. That makes the pressure exerted on them 2 atmospheres (atm). One atm is 14.7 psi, so two would be 29.4 psi.
The bottom pane alone, let's say it measures 3ft tall and wide. 36in x 36in equals 1296sq.in. Multiply that by the pressure, and we end up with 38102.4psi^2 pressing against an air filled room at 19051.2psi^2. Tempered glass is strong, but not that strong.
Still, it's just a picture, and a very entertaining idea.
