Oh yeah, this game. I played the demo and liked it somewhat, but couldn't remember what it was called to look for it later.

I finished the demo, now I want more.

You too, huh? Recettear's localization came around at a bad time for me too. Between moving, wanting to pick up a GP2X Caanoo, I might not see a chance to pick Recettear up 'til December...

That said, impressive that this game managed to get itself onto Steam on top of everything else.

I just finished the game, even though there are still many things to unlock. Now entering Endless Mode. Yayifications!!

The game has already been sold past 26 000 units, in my opinion very impressive for a game not much known outside of japan.

It also had a sale recently (which is when I picked it up). It's still totally worth the $20USD price IMO. Utterly addictive. Wish the story was a little longer, it was too easy to get the final pix amount.

I'd totally buy a sequel.

BTW: For other people hoping for a sale, apparently the NA publisher is saying "not again for a long time".

Steam sale had the game selling at 5 bucks. Bought it and Finished it, now entering endless mode :D

And by "not again for a long time" they apparently meant 1 year later. Got it and two other games from the same publisher for 12.43 though it alone would have only been 4.99.

I'm only a little ways into the game and I know already that this game is moe crack.
