Hmmm... Most (if not all) keyboards have removable buttons... Just take it out, and send it for yourself via mail... It might not arrive for 1-2 days... Then you won't have the button... If you're at it, take out all other buttons as well, that could replace it... and all other keyboards in the house... then you won't have any way to press F5... (Oh wait... you'll need to mail the mouse as well...) and then just simply resist turning on the computer and sleep...
Notes: 1: My thoughts wandered off by one whole step before even beginning to write... 2: You could simply just unplug the keyboard, and send that along with the mice... 3: An even better way would be mailing the HD, or the memory card... The CPU is way too fragile... 4: I recommend sending it with mail for yourself, because you'll surely recieve it in a week, even if you try to obey the evil whispering, you won't have the tools to turn your computer on...
PS: This of course does not make it impossible for you to reach the internet through an internet-café, or a friend's machine. for that, you'll have to disable your arms one way or the other...
PPS: The other way of solving the inability to sleep would be travelling to areas with no electricity... And camping out...

Not as unlikely as some, but "Commonly depicted hanging around each other" doesn't matter. It's still total fanon between characters who've never even met. How would Flandre ever meet Koishi in the first place? And for that matter, Satori spends most of her time underground. Still a crack/unlikely pairing.
