There's a massive difference between trying to flesh a character and basically turning him into one's self-insert that looks strung out on meth to boot.

New Samus while jarring is nowhwere NEAR this massive clusterfuck called DmC...at the very least Samus LOOKS liks Samus, blond hair, blue eyes, nice body, ass kicking abilities.

This 'Dante' isn't even familiar to any of the gamers that played DMC over the near decade, it's more than his black hair...he's just some shmuck's Gary Stu'd as Dante.

That what happens when you smoke to much...But really this is a reboot of DMC, that's a new Dante. I'll miss the original Dante.

LOL! No Capcom pretty much backpedalled and pulled a Konami/SH Homecoming, stating that this DmC is an alternative universe and isn't cannon to the original series...in otherwords, this is a non issue.

It's only logical that they'd do that, considering original recipe Dante is going to be in what could be the biggest fighting game of, like, the last decade, marvel vs. Capcom 3.
