I love this series! The cute and unique art style, the Okuu/Cirno duo (later joined by Youmu), Rinnousuke arm-wrestling Yuugi, Remilia's Scarlet Family secret strawberry syrup, a friendly Tenshi who gets along with the other Touhou gals! There is so much awesome going on it's overwhelming!

^ you said it. I especially liked how Tenshi got upset over Cirno "melting". It shows she really does care about her.
