Well, I have to admit that One Piece has a very unusual art style compared to other anime. Maybe that's the reason it doesn't attract many fanartists.

We don't know if he ever actually had that eye, let alone a pair of a-symmetrical eyebrows... or even had left eyebrow. That side of his face that is exposed now might not have ever appeared as such and might be long-standing unknown plot. ...same applies to the portion of his face that is covered-up now--for all we know, Iva could've just reapplied elements that might've been on the exposed portion that his hair bangs reveal now.

Didn't Oda say in a Q&A that Sanji did have a left eye?
