But my question is...wtf is this??All the previews I've seen had a way different animation style O_o were they some kinda purposeful mislead or is this scene made to show extra sexyness at some point in the first episode? (haven't had a chance to watch yet)

Lolz, maohmaoh I was about to ask the same but then I checked around and this is just as you think a scene to show extra sexiness.

It's also happens to be their transformation scene(when they get ready to fight) so I'm guessing well see this type of animation whenever they power-up.

They had to include some fanservice to make sure the moe-addicts and die-hard otakus would watch it.

It think there's a simpler explanation for this:

It would just look very damn disturbing if they did this transform sequence in their chibi/stylized form.

I think this whole show is more a parody of all that sort of stuff- hence the magical girl transformation scene but with stripper poles.
