but I do manage to read "Otome" in the Virgo hiragana, which is somewhat accurate.

This IS Cancer - for whatever reason this individual picture as provided by the artist incorrectly specifies her as Virgo, when in the very same source pixiv post the sketch work provided correctly identifies this as being Cancer. Virgo's picture from this collection is post #3946193.

In the actual artbook release the mistake in this image was corrected. The overall description is the same, but the label has おとめ replaced with かに and recoloured to be a similar shade of red as the introduction label in post #3549558.
