I wish you had been killed by aerial bombardment after inflicting a certain number of fatalities. Even the Covenant worry about battlefield losses, which is why glassing was a common practice.

Not really acutally a bunch of Elites charging over piles of their comrade's bullet riddled bodies for the honor of slaying a "demon" in close combat seems about right for them...

They bathed that temple Truth was using with plasma after the Master Chief killed him. They know when to cut their losses and just burn everything. They'll avoid a ground campaign altogether if it's just not worth the trouble.
