What makes this pic so hot isn't just the sexual act, but what's going on with her. The expression on the face, especially her eyes and the way she's gritting her teeth, is telling me that him shoving that hand in her is rough on her, but the fact that she’s willingly participating tells me she likes it! Notice how she’s using her hand on the bottom right of the picture for leverage, to stabilize her hips and push against his hand? VERY VERY HOT. This is probably my favorite pic on miezaru.

He could of disabled her used of her body, like that time when she was almost assassinated.
