Choko/Kocho is what you said when you tickle someone sorta like "Coochie Coochie Coo". I wouldn't recommend using it though, since it's usually reserved for children and such.

Yeah, I agree completely. But the victim must be very well restrained (preferably manacled with some heavy steel clamps to some kind of a table or chair, like here) and not have too much space for struggling. The more motionless he is, the better it looks.

I don't know...watching them squirm and twist definitely has it's appeal. They've still got to be restrained, to be sure, but sealing someone in cement and tickling their feet or something just isn't the same. I'd say this pic's restraints are just right.
