This is pre-serialization Jio. Where she takes the lead as the dragon and Neraid/Nereid Kuiper (Old name) as the human. Jio didn't have a last name and wasn't the daughter of the greatest adventurer Yuri Holst. Instead she was a dragon. This is her human form with her spine tail similar to that of the serialized dragon folk in the Galaxias manga. However this Yuri is a dragon that can turn into massive Kaiju's and where the main threats in the pre-serialization story in which Nereid parent's where killed in a dragon attack 5 years prior the one-shot timeline.
The Jio in this post is not the same Jio Holst that we see in the serialized version.
