Actually, Alice would be the youngest youkai there. Its specifically stated in her profile that she is very young by youkai standards which is why she still thinks like humans do. Patchouli is easily the oldest one there, possibly older than all of the other girls combined (since Marisa, Sanae, and Reimu only add between 50-60 years, maximum, to whatever Alice's age is), especially if she's anywhere near her best friend Remilia's age (Remi is 500).
