It's quite obvious those are not nipples, notice the fine line. I don't think this artist uses a line like that to outline nipples.

If it looks that bad to you, use photoshop and chance the color of the pads. Cause I too must admit that the color is a little bit too close to nipple color.

Those are red transparent cups. You can still see the nipples.

... If not for that tiger strip down the middle, i would've mistaken that domed head of a generic animal costume for a Bonta-kun.
