It says "doumo", or "dōmo", and Google Translate translates it as "somehow". It's best to ask an expert to translate this, though...

I'd rather translate doumo as "hello" here, as this is the first time they're meeting, and tewi seems to be sorta shy here.

This comic is grounded mostly in reality, so non-human traits the characters have in other portrayals are normally going to either be ignored or worked around. Such as Tewi, Reisen, and Nazrin's ears being part of a headband (Same most likely goes for Chen and Ran, since they were wearing hats.) Remi and Nue's wings are absent, the girls having no special powers, Shiki is a male, etc.

I don't think that applies to Yuuka, however. She's STILL nuts.

I'd say that in this, Yuuka would settle for just roughing someone up or just scaring them a bit, rather than common fanon portrayal where she's seem causing severe injuries or even killing someone.

Then again, she's about to drop Tewi from three stories up, or she could just be teasing her.

"Domo" as "Hello" and "Thank you" both fit this context fine. It won't make a huge difference and they are both technically correct translations.

It's a contraction of "dōmo arigato gozaimasu," a slightly more formal/heartfelt version of just "arigato," which is "thanks." Native Japanese speakers can just omit the last two words and still be understood (since it's a colloquialism.)

It may just be me, but I think the skirt looks a bit odd in the third panel. I know it's being flipped up, but it just kinda looks like it's not even on Yuuka. Maybe I'm just dumb though.
