You can edit the artist commentary too, by clicking "Add commentary" on the left menu.
However, I don't agree with your edit to put https://twitter.com/AoinHatsu/status/1815691199250112637 in the source field. If there are different versions of a picture, then the source field should be the source for the actual version, and not the source for the original. More or less the same goes for artist commentary. I've reverted your edit.
edit: actually I believe that the source for this image is bad (third-party source), and I've requested a replacement for this image in forum #297309
