The title for the image on Pixiv is Level 80 Horseman and level 2 slave.

It seems to be an illustration of a dungeon crawl between a high ranking adventurer and a low ranking one. Though visually this is handled interestingly, since they make their respective size/intimidation values match up relative to their level power.

Though it would be funny if HE was the level 2 slave, and she was the level 80 horseman...though not likely.
