I had this saved on my phone, I was able to find out the artist with the Saucenao search engine, but it doesn't give me any link, it only tells me the artist

It should give a link. I searched it and it showed e621 as one of the results, which has this tweet as the source. The e621 post got taken down, but the resolution for that post is 1631x1318, so your post is likely an image sample.
