He's Ronald, it's just that Hamburglar beat him so bad his make-up (which is apparently kept on, even in battle, by his power like some kind of disguise magic) came off.
As for "WTF Japan"... well, your guess is as good as mine. This guy did an earlier doujin with Byakuren going nuts and practicing Rokushiki techniques (from the CP9 villains from One Piece) on the rest of the Myouren Temple gang, so his stuff is all over the damn place!
He seems to like One Piece references though. Ronald's power is almost like Bon Clay's Mane Mane no Mi power (he copies the appearance and mimics physical abilities but not the target's true strength or skill and just like Bon Clay he can store an infinite number of "changes") and his use of Tenshi's power earlier was done to look like Whitebeard's Gura Gura no Mi power.
Epic is an understatement. Would love to see all the related stories to this, etc. Actually more doujins with Ronald and Touhou in it would actually be nice to see, I've seen some neat ones on Youtube but they're not translated there, so I miss out on a lot of things. Surely someone else may have encountered those or similar stories and wondered likewise?

So I've gone through all of Yaza's McDonald stuff... anyone clue me in as to how this thing ends (if Yaza was kind enough to finish it in the first place)?
