It definitely isn't as obvious as before, but there is still something slightly off about them. Of course, it could just be the artist not being good at drawing fingers, but that looks more like AI.
Some of the frills on Chloe's bikini bottom melt into the rest of the fabric; the fingers on her right hand melt into each other which is an inconsistent amount of detail compared to the other hands in the picture; and some of the hair on her back is transparent/the same colour as the ground (lit up in purple).

I agree, no wonder some AI art ended up in an official Pokémon card artwork contest, it's getting harder and harder to notice without paying attention, I fell for it myself or I wouldn't have posted it. Too bad because I liked to see two such distinctive characters together in the same art
