That's a bit like what Balor of the Baleful Eye was canonically like in the Nasuverse. According to official materials, he could kill things literally by looking at them.

Yes, there was someone scarier than either Shiki.

Also, Flandre can probably only destroy the physical, which would put her below Tohno Shiki, who could at least stab spiritual things like souls so long as they were attached to a physical body.

But Flandre is possibly the kind of child that Arcueid and Shiki might have for a daughter; the intersection of Marble Phantasm and Eyes of Death Perception; the ability to imagine and realize the destruction of anything by crushing its point of greatest structural weakness.
