All I know for sure about this picture is that a few of the Katy Perrys here are from the "California Gurls" music video. The rest may be from other songs/videos.

the carrousel is from a concert i think. the bride is from "hot and cold"... the cute one with the updo is from "teenage dream" ++ eyes, blue and purple hair and girl chewing cookie's head are from "California girls"
