For those who care and don't know, it's the "Active Desktop Recovery" message that appeared starting with IE 4... which leads me to wonder whether I mistagged -- is there an IE-tan?
the logotype in the upper left hand corner says "candy soft", which is the producer of tsuyokiss. i guess the guy who made this pic wanted to tell candy soft they should release a me-tan game :P
