According to Kyubey, magical girls can regenerate just about any physical injuries as long as their soul gem remains undamaged.
However, the ability to regenerate internal organs and the majority of the body completely from the soul gem in doubtable, and the time plus energy required might not be taken into consideration.

Fran actually got pretty decent at giving people pretty much what they wanted as she went on... it's just that they often killed themselves off by getting greedy, having multiple sets of customers using her "upgrades" against each other, or jumping to the wrong conclusions.
