    The ones to the right are making me think it might be AI, not sure how to describe it, but to the top right above her shoulder, they look really odd and making me think this could be AI assisted but I could be wrong.

    Have you opened the image in full size? Because i did, and it all looks pretty human to me (as someone who draws)
    Also if you check in full size and look at the hand, you can see the piece is basically just drawn and painted over 3D, making it that much less likely to have any AI involvement.
