Youkai's age somehow varies. Aya is supposed to be at least 1000 years old, Cirno is 60+, Tewi is 1300+ etc...Lunarians are also far older... Even some humans have vague age like Sakuya. Discount Akyuu & Rinnosuke for the former being previous generation incarnate & the latter being half-youkai.
Not here she can't. Legally speaking, Kyuubi's contracts have no gaps. They have holes. Giant, gaping holes so vast its easier to see the hole than the contract.

Remember that just because Her power is vague that doesn't mean anything with two sides metaphorically is in her power... I find it hard to imagine manipulating a single persons reality while still in anothers, meaning saying border of old and young (age) would mean upon birth one would pass away of old age immediately. Additionally, whatever your age was at that time it was initiated would, in theory, be how much time you have left
