Because the similarity of the name, kyuubee and kyuubi (naruto is tagged already) ? if i'm right, that's the point of namesake tag.

Hmmm I would have to agree with whoever tagged this for Monster Hunter instead. The way Madoka is wearing her quiver is very Monster Hunterish. There's nothing here that suggests any relationship to Naruto.

I was getting the same vibes when I saw it.

there is no naruto tag on the orginal image, there is however the monster hunter related tags.
