I dunno about that. I went through all of their art and didn't find any AI artifacts, not even ones from upscaling. I've also never seen an AI successfully generate chains like this image has. If this is AI at all, it's AI-assisted.
Basing accusations of AI on the style is how you make false accusations. Lots of human artists have been creating artwork that looks very similar to what AI generates since before AI-generated images were even a thing.
The growth on the left foot, the thin right leg, the cordless corded wand, and the thumbless right hand are all suspicious. At the same time, the resolution would not be possible with a machine since their resolutions are always divisible by 8, unless the artist was upscaling at a real weird multiplier. Also the background is almost certainly manmade, a machine would have messed up the size of the bricks. I believe the artist made the background themselves and then pasted in the output of a machine, which would technically make this assisted, though I would ask who was doing the assisting here.
Human artists were bad at drawing feet way before AI was bad at drawing feet. That looks like a normal poorly-drawn foot. 5 toes, with the small toe for some reason at an angle so that you can see the second section.
I don't see a thin right leg. I see a calf partially blocking view of a thigh. I guess that the calf is slightly thin, but not nearly enough to be suspicious of.
Disembodied hands, heads, penises, etc are a very common thing. Magic wands with only part of the cord drawn are not an unheard of thing, and there are plenty of posts like that which are over a decade old.
It is far more likely that a human made these "errors" than that an AI managed to draw the chains at the top of the image.

Now that it's been confirmed AI i think we just gotta admit that these prompters are getting better enough to fool us or that they touch up their art enough to hide the biggest artifacts. Probably a combination of both
