Post something offensive ≠ Talk offensive. Upload Rules are very different than Community Rules. This shows the division between the artist, the uploader , the approver and the commentator. For example, there is a whole (GO THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK) pool #1351 (GO THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK) that potentially can harm people. But you can easily blacklist posts to not see anything you dislike, yet you can't really blacklist comments.
