Are we sure that's Yukari? Eyes aren't correct, and I've never seen her with the ties on here hair. I do, however, see purple tips...

I'd have to agree, and given the purple tips it might be Byakuren. Which would make everyone involved either human, formerly human or partially human.

What's it say on Pixiv?

Pixiv description says he arbitrarily picked some characters he thought would look good in suits. No word on whether that's Yukari or Byakuren, but the purple tie and the parasol-substitute cane makes me think Yukari, regardless of eye color (which would be wrong for Byakuren too, FWIW).

I'm thinking it might be Suwako, however, because of her hair.

No, I think it's Yukari. Suwako isn't that tall.
Plus, the hairstyle and the purple in her tie and hair makes it totally obvious for me.

It's Yukari for sure. It you look at the other characters their hair has the exact same effect.
