It came out, and I read it recently. I don't know if it's on MediaFire though.
And if this is HHNNNGGG-inducing to you, then you'll be dead the hundredth time by the time you finish this doujinshi.

Oh, my apologies. I read it in a Korean scanlation site, and the uploader took the scans from a Chinese scanlation. So I have no idea where the original or English scans can be found (if they exist).

Danbooru doesn't exactly like scanlations, so second option is out. Especially because the scanlation is lower in quality than original. If it's okay I'd be glad to upload and translate the doujinshi.
