Uh oh, Look out Shamal!

Anybody have a working URL to the artist's page? The one in (source) just goes to the image.

Honestly not sure, because if you cut the URL back to ~tanukiti you get a forbidden error.

I searched around and it looks like this site -- http://blogs.dion.ne.jp/yukizi/ -- links to this image and many more, so I think it must be the artist's blog itself, and the pics are saved elsewhere we can't get to normally.
